Take the infinitive, cut the infinitive ending and add the conditional personal endings (-rais, -rais, -rait, -rions, -riez, -raient):

-er: parler > + rais, ... - to speak
-re: répondre > + rais, ... - to answer
-ir: sentir > + rais, ... - to feel
