Business Schengen Visa

The Business Schengen visa is created to permit non-Schengen citizens to visit the Schengen area in order to allow business contacts.

It can be used for a maximum period of 90 days / 3 months.

There are single and multiple entry visas.

The maximum residence period within 6 months is 90 days / 3 months.

Photo, passport format, full-face, light background

A Schengen Travel Visa Insurance. It must cover all expenses up to a value of 30,000€.
Reservation of the hotels

Further documents needed:

- Description of the working position
- Plane ticket reservation

- or: Business registration

And:

- Invitation letter written by a business partner to a business meeting / ... in the Schengen area
- Statement by the employer or the business partner (if invited) that he/she will pay for all expenses
